Dr. Rajendrasing Kisansing Pardeshi received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) from Savitribai Phule Pune University .He has completed MBA - Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Presently, He is working as Associate Professor at Institute of Business Management and Rural Development, Vilad Ghat, PO MIDC, Ahmednagar. He has written three books and published 42 research papers in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science and UGC CARE listed journals. He is having 16 years of teaching & 11 years industrial experience in the field of management. His expertise lies in the core subjects such as Services Marketing, Marketing Management and General Management. He is recognized guide in Savitribai Phule Pune University. Under the guidance of him Four scholars have pursuing their Ph.D. He has also worked as chairman as well as external referee on Ph.D committee for final viva-voce.

Presently, He is working as Assistant Professor at Parikrama group of Institutes, Faculty of Management, Kashti, Shrigonda,, Ahmednagar. He has written one book and published 08 research papers in UGC CARE listed and peer reviewed journals. He is having 08 years of teaching experience in the field of management. Currently He is pursuing Ph.D. In Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. P B Suryawanshi working as Assistant Professor in MBA dept. of DVVPF's IBMRD has 19 years of teaching experience. He received his B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from SV NIT Surat and MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University with first class. He has published around 22 research papers in refereed international and national journals including UGC care and Scopus publication. His area of research is about energy conservation, consumer behaviour, use of AI and solar power for home automation.
