Dr. Rajendrasing Kisansing Pardeshi, He received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has completed MBA - Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Presently, He is working as Associate Professor at Institute of Business Management and Rural Development, Vilad Ghat, PO MIDC, Ahmednagar. He has written 06 books and published 43 research papers in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science and UGC CARE listed journals. He has 3 Patents and 6 copyrights published in the field of management He is having 16 years of teaching & 11 years industrial experience in the field of Management. He has supervised more than 300 MBA Marketing management students for their summer internship project and guided more than 110 dissertations for final year MBA Marketing and Operations students. Additionally, he has guided YCMOU students for their dissertations. His administrative roles have included working as a custodian and both internal and external senior supervisor for MBA and MCA examinations since 2010. His expertise lies in the core subjects such as Services Marketing, Marketing Management and General Management. He is recognized guide in Savitribai Phule Pune University. Under his guidance, one student awarded Ph.D. and Four scholars have pursuing their Ph.D. He has also worked as chairman as well as external referee on Ph.D committee for final viva-voce.
Dr. Murari Premnath Sharma, He possesses over 20 years of experience in both teaching and industry, along with 7 years in research. He is currently serving as an associate professor and finance research guide at Savitribai Phule Pune University Pune (SPPU), where he has successfully guided and awarded three Ph.D. students, and currently three students are pursuing their doctorates under his supervision. He has completed a mini-research project that is sponsored by SPPU Pune. The topic of the mini-project was “The Study of Non-Performing Assets and Their Impact on Profitability, a special reference with a cooperative bank in Ahmednagar District. In his role as a subject chairman for various subjects at SPPU and YCMOU and NSS Program Officer since 2017. He has supervised more than 300 MBA Finance students for their summer internship project and guided more than 110 dissertations for final year MBA Finance and HR students. Additionally, he has guided YCMOU students for their dissertations. His administrative roles have included working as a custodian and both internal and external senior supervisor for MBA and MCA examinations since 2010. In his Ph.D. research work, he has developed various banking ratios, a banking breakeven formula, and a new pro forma for the profit and loss account for the banking sector. He has published various research papers and written book on “Financial Management” Theory and Practice.
Dr. Vishvajit Suryakant Thigale, He has completed his PhD, MBA (HR, IT) and B.Sc. (Mathematics) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has taught various subjects in management sciences viz. operations research, business research, labour laws, organizational behavior, and human resources management etc. and also working as a visiting faculty of various B-schools in and around Pune for labour laws, decision sciences, business research etc. and also conducted a national workshops and training programs on Data Analysis using SPSS and Excel for Management and social sciences for the post-graduates and PhD students. He also has contributed to the various national and international seminars and presented the number of research articles. His areas of interest includes human resources, operations research, data science and statistics.
Mr. Mahesh Ganar, He has completed MBA in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pue University. He possesses over 3 years of experience in both teaching and industry. He is currently serving as an assistance professor. His currently serving as an assistant professor in Dr. VVPF’S Institute of Business Management and Rural Development, (IBMRD) Ahmednagar. He has supervised more than 100 MBA HR students for their summer internship project.
