Prabhakar Singh Patel is a passionate and
accomplished professional in the field of medical
sciences. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Medical
Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from SHUATS,
Prayagraj, and a Master’s in Medical Microbiology
from Integral University, Lucknow, he has built a
solid foundation of expertise. His dedication to
continuous learning is evident through his
additional qualifications, including a Diploma in
Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU,
Lucknow, and ongoing studies in a Diploma in HIV
and Family Education.
Since July 2024, he has been inspiring future
healthcare professionals as an Assistant Professor
of Microbiology at the Samarpan Institute of
Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow.
During the academic year 2023–2024, he honed
his teaching skills as a guest faculty member,
imparting knowledge to medical and paramedical
students.
His
clinical
journey is equally
commendable, with hands-on experience as a Lab
Assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic at the
Department of Pathology, Central Hospital, North
Central Railway (NCR), Prayagraj.
Expanding his expertise, he completed a Microbial
Genomics Certificate Course with Biogrademy in
2024, providing him with advanced knowledge
and lifelong access to this valuable resource.
Prabhakar is also a published author, contributing
to academia and research. His chapter, “Waste
Management,” features in the book Hospital
Practice and Care of the Patients (ISBN: 978-81

research articles, including “Social Media Use via Mobile Phones and Its Impact on Self-Esteem and
Body Image: A Review” and “Forensic Nursing in
Practice: A Review of Roles, Challenges, and

Shashank Garg is a passionate advocate for
excellence in medical sciences and a trailblazer in
the field of nursing education. With a strong
academic foundation, Shashank earned a
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the prestigious
Medical and Technology Institute of Nursing,
Jaipur, Rajasthan, and further honed his expertise
with a Master's in Medical-Surgical Nursing from
the renowned Dhanwantari Institute of Medical
Science, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
In his quest for multidisciplinary knowledge, he
also completed a Foundation Certificate Course in
Forensic Nursing from the Sherlock Institute of
Forensic Science, India. Currently, Shashank
serves as an Assistant Professor of Medical
Surgical Nursing at the Samarpan Institute of
Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow, a
role he has embraced since April 2023.
A
lifelong learner and dedicated mentor,
Shashank is a proud lifetime member of the TNAI
(Trained Nurses Association of India) and the
Nursing Scholar Society of Eudoxia Research
University, U.S.A. He has played an instrumental role in organizing international conferences,
webinars, and seminars, as well as spearheading
extracurricular
initiatives
for the holistic
development of both students and faculty
members.

his

Roger Raphael is an accomplished educator,
passionate research scholar, and a relentless
advocate for advancing medical sciences and
paramedical education. With a robust academic
foundation, my journey began with a B.Sc. in
Zoology from Magadh University, Gaya, and was
enriched by an M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology
from the prestigious IIMSR, Lucknow. Currently, I
channel my expertise as a Lecturer at the NIIP
Paramedical Institute, Siwan, Bihar, where I teach
Microbiology, Zoology, Anatomy & Physiology,
Nursing, and Paramedical Sciences, inspiring
students to become the next generation of
healthcare changemakers.
My dedication to research is exemplified by a six
month investigative study on antibiotic resistance
patterns of Pseudomonas aeruginosa at a tertiary
care hospital in Lucknow—shedding light on one
of modern medicine’s most critical challenges. As
a proud Scholar of the Sasakawa India Leprosy
Foundation (S-ILF) and a collaborator with The
Nippon Foundation, Japan, I actively work to
empower marginalized communities and
champion global health initiatives.
In a unique blend of science and technology, I’ve
ventured into the groundbreaking fields of
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for
Drug Discovery, harnessing innovation to tackle
emerging healthcare challenges.
Through my academic pursuits, cutting-edge
research, and professional engagements, I aim to
leave a lasting impact on medical and paramedical
sciences, fostering excellence, innovation, and
compassion in healthcare education and practice.
