Dr. Fr. J. Ben Anton Rose is the Principal of St. Aloysius’ College (Autonomous) Reaccredited ‘A+’ Grade by NAAC and College with Potential for Excellence by UGC; DST FIST Supported, Jabalpur (M.P.). His Academic Achievements include a Doctoral Degree in Political Science on “Mass Movements in India and their impact on Indian Democracy with a special reference to Jai Prakash Narayan”. He was Vice-Principal and Assistant Professor at St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur M.P. from 2012-2019 and Administrator at SAIT from 2019-23. He was Vice-President, Northern Region, in the Xavier Board for Higher Education in India. He has a teaching experience of 14 Years. He has been a resource person in the Asian Campus Ministry Forum at International Christian University, Japan, and in the Teachers’ Orientation Programme in many schools. He has published 7 research papers and articles in various journals and books. He has attended many International & National Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops. Additionally, he has co-authored one book.
Dr. Tarvinder Kaaur is the Deputy Controller of Examinations at St. Aloysius’ College (Autonomous), Jabalpur. She has 19 years of teaching experience in Commerce and has received Gold Medals at both the UG and PG levels. Her areas of interest include Accounting, Finance and Management. She is a registered Research Guide in the Faculty of Commerce and has published 19 research papers, authored 3 books, edited 3 books and presented various research papers in national and international journals. She has successfully completed one UGC-sponsored minor research project and was the convener of two national seminars sponsored by UGC and ICSSR, New Delhi. She has attended numerous international and national seminars, conferences and workshops. Additionally, she has been a resource person in Faculty Development Programmes organized by UGC HRDC in various universities and colleges.
Dr. Komal Rawat, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, St. Aloysius College Jabalpur has a teaching experience of 13 years. She has completed Doctoral studies in Commerce on the Socio-Economic Impact of Higher Education Loans. Her areas of interest are Applied Economics and Management studies. She has been a resource person for several UGC HRDC induction and refresher sessions. She has attended several international and national conferences, published over 30 research papers and articles in international and national journals, and edited books. She is also a member of the review board for some international journals.
Dr. Priya Sahni is currently a faculty member St. Aloysius’ College (Autonomous), Jabalpur with over 11 years of teaching experience in various UG and PG programmes. She has a Ph.D. in Management (Human Resource), M.B.A. in (Human Resource and Finance) PGBIBO (International Business Operation) and M.Com. She has published several research papers in national and international journals and chapters in books of her area. She also presented papers at various national and international conferences. She has also attended various Faculty Development Programmes Organized by UGC HRD in Various Universities & Colleges.
